While services can be tailored to your needs and level of support required, every project begins with Discovery & Space Planning (Phase 1). This foundational phase ensures every recommendation is grounded in a thorough understanding of your space, goals, priorities, and the way you live.

  • The foundation of every project

    Through site measurements, existing conditions documentation, and in-depth conversations about your home and the people who live in it, I assess the full potential of your space.

    You'll receive:

    • Space assessment

    • Design brief

    • Conceptual layout options

    • Schematic floor plans

    Outcome: You'll gain a clear understanding of your home's potential with a few floor plan design options meeting your needs. Some clients choose to continue refining the plans independently from this stage.

  • Turning ideas into a cohesive design

    Once a preferred layout is selected, I develop the project in detail, refining both the functionality and aesthetic direction of the space.

    Depending on your project, this may include:

    • Detailed floor plans

    • 3D and elevations

    • Furniture layouts

    • Material and finish selections

    • Lighting design

    • Electrical plans (optional)

    • Furniture, fixture, and décor selections

    • Procurement / shopping list

    Outcome: You'll receive a comprehensive design package that can be shared with contractors and suppliers for seamless implementation.

  • Preparing the project for execution

    This phase translates the design into clear documentation that contractors can price, plan, and build from.

    You'll receive:

    • Construction scope of work

    • Specifications and schedules

    • Procurement documentation

    • Contractor bid package

    Outcome: You'll be ready to obtain contractor quotes and move confidently into the construction or renovation phase.

  • Supporting implementation and bringing the design to life

    During construction, I act as an additional point of contact to help ensure the design is executed as intended.

    Services may include:

    • Site visits

    • Coordination with contractors and suppliers

    • Design clarifications

    • Review of completed work

    • Installation support
